SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment has cleared.
Unless otherwise stated or requested, all packages will be delivered with Canada Post using standard mail. Most packages are around $14 to send within Canada (depending on size of your order), and usually arrive within a week. All packages have basic insurance.
Tracking numbers will be provided to customers as they are available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Regularly stocked items that have not been used may be returned within 14 days of customers receiving the item/s. Customers are responsible for return postage, and must provide Laye's Creations with a tracking number. A full refund (less postage) may be issued once the item has arrived at Laye's Creations and condition verified.
Regularly stocked items in new condition may be returned and exchanged for other regularly stocked items of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for return postage, and the condition of the item/s initially purchased must be verified in person by Laye's Creations before an exchange can take place. Customers may request a refund for any amount credited to them. Should the exchange items be of greater value than the initial purchase, customers are responsible for paying the full amount owed to Laye's Creations before the exchange may take place.
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please take a picture and email it to , along with a description of the problem/s. We will work with you to resolve the issue/s by either fixing or replacing your product. Customers are responsible for return postage, if necessary.
Custom orders; customers have 48 hours after payment has cleared to amend or cancel their order for a full refund. After this time, custom orders become non-refundable and work on your order will begin. Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
We try and test our products with our own animals. When used appropriately, our products will last a lifetime with minimal care. If, however, you should have any problems with your product/s within one (1) year of purchase, please get in touch! We want you to be happy with your purchase in the long term, and will work with you to resolve issues by fixing, repairing or replacing your product for cost within this time frame.
